At Trainin, we’ve had a clear belief from day one: you should not be tied to anything if you’re not satisfied with the product or service. That’s why we don’t work with annual contracts. With us, you can cancel on a monthly basis. Not because we have to, but because we truly believe in it.
We believe in our product, our service, and what we stand for. And that’s exactly why we think a customer should always have the freedom to stay because they want to, not because they have to.
If a customer isn’t satisfied, we don’t want to “hold onto” them through a contract. That ultimately works against you. Someone who stays while actually being unhappy doesn’t become happier because of it. And neither do we.
For us, it all comes down to trust and mutual respect. We treat our customers the way we would want to be treated ourselves: with honesty, transparency, and no fine print.
