What is Trainin gym management software?

Trainin is all-in-one software for fitness clubs, gyms and studios. You automate class planning, payments, member management, training plans and marketing. New clients book directly through your website, and members buy products and pay online. All at a fair price, with personal support.

Can I customise the app with my own logo?

Absolutely! You personalise your app and portal with your logo and colours. If you like, you can also publish the app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with push notifications. This is an add-on in the Pro package and included in Premium.

Does Trainin send automatic follow-ups to leads and members?

Yes, you can set up automated email follow-ups for leads (e.g. trial sessions), birthdays, inactive members, or when credits or subscriptions are about to expire.

Can clients and trainers track progress in the app?

Yes! As a coach, you can assign workouts, programs, and schedules to clients. Clients can easily track their progress and view it in clear graphs within the app.

Can I add multiple locations and trainers?

In the Pro package, you can add multiple locations and personal trainers* (*additional cost applies). In the Premium package, you can add an unlimited number of team members.

Kan ik data importeren uit een andere programma?

Ja, zeker! We helpen je graag om je huidige klanten- of ledenbestand, inclusief lopende rittenkaarten of abonnementen, te importeren in Trainin. Voor meer informatie kun je contact opnemen.

Can I handle online payments through the software?

Absolutely! We offer direct integrations for online payments such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Pay by Bank, SEPA (recurring payments), credit cards, and PayPal.

Do you offer check-in solutions?

Yes! You can choose from multiple check-in options, including QR codes, RFID, tags, and access cards. This can be combined with automated access gates or simple access control screens. We work together with specialized partners for this.

Can I track performance metrics like clients, bookings, and retention?

Yes! We provide ready-to-use dashboards and reports showing conversions, lifetime value (LTV), revenue, and session trends. Reports are easy to download and visualized in graphs.

Do you integrate with accounting software?

We offer complete and structured exports that can be directly imported into accounting tools such as Exact Online, MoneyBird, SnelStart, and e-Boekhouden.
