Over the years, we have proudly supported nearly 2,000 studios across the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain. Now we are excited to share that Trainin is officially active in Germany together with Mollie as payment provider. Even more exciting is that we have already welcomed our first clients. One of them stands out in a special way.

In Düsseldorf, we have partnered with KB Sports (Kreutzer & Beckers Sports), a premium personal training studio founded by Danny Beckers and Daniel Kreutzer.
What makes this collaboration special is a shared philosophy. Personal training should actually be personal.
KB Sports is built around tailored training programs, high-level coaching and real attention for every individual. This aligns perfectly with how we see the future of fitness: less mass, more meaning.
Starting March 1st, KB Sports is taking the next step with the launch of KB Atelier. This boutique gym concept focuses on personal training and small group sessions in a calm and exclusive training environment.
From elite sports to boutique fitness
Danny Beckers brings a unique background to this journey.
“Eight years ago, I moved to Germany, where my professional journey really took off. For the past eight years, I have worked as a performance trainer at Düsseldorfer EG, operating at the highest level of professional ice hockey. Playing in front of crowds of up to 14,000 fans is something quite different from what we are used to in the Netherlands. This environment has given me an incredible amount of experience, discipline and energy.”
During his third year at the club, Danny started KB Sports together with his business partner Daniel Kreutzer, a true club legend and one of the most successful ice hockey players in the history of Düsseldorf.
Their vision was clear from the start.
“We believed that the fitness and personal training industry in Germany could be much more personal. Our goal is to make personal training truly personal, with fully customized programs, personal coaching and intensive guidance. The athlete is always at the center.”
Smart automation meets a premium experience
While KB Atelier focuses on exclusivity and personal attention, the operational side of the studio is designed to run efficiently.
The studio uses a camera system that helps create a private and secure training environment while keeping personnel costs relatively low. This makes it possible to maintain high quality while offering attractive and accessible memberships.
At the same time, automation plays an important role.
With Trainin, members can easily book sessions, manage their memberships and access services within the studio.
Seamless payments powered by Mollie
An important part of this system is the integration between Trainin and Mollie.
Through this integration, payments are handled automatically, from memberships to smaller purchases within the studio. This includes payment methods such as PayPal, Pay by Bank and recurring payments through direct debit.
Invoices are created and sent automatically, while payments are processed in the background without manual administration.
Danny explains how valuable this is for their business.
“We have automated a large part of our operations using the Trainin app in combination with Mollie. Members can easily book sessions, payments are processed automatically and invoices are sent without us having to think about it. This saves us a huge amount of time and allows us to fully focus on coaching our clients.”
Even small purchases are integrated into the system.
“For simple things like drinks from the fridge, members can take what they want and pay through the app. The payment is automatically processed via Mollie and transferred to our account. We believe in trust, and in practice this works perfectly.”
Built for entrepreneurs
What makes this story even more powerful is that technology was never the main focus for Danny and his team.
“To be honest, we are not the most technical people. Thanks to the patience, guidance and support from Trainin and Mollie, everything has been set up perfectly.
They really take the time, think along with us and put a lot of energy into making this a success together.”
Looking ahead
The launch of KB Atelier marks a new chapter for KB Sports and also for Trainin in Germany.
