What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini work with other software. Through MCP, your AI assistant can safely use data from your Trainin account.

Can the AI see my client data?

Do I need technical knowledge?
Not for the MCP connection: you add Trainin in your AI assistant and log in with your Trainin account. To build your own integrations with the API, you work with a developer.
What's the difference with Trainin Assistant?
Trainin Assistant is the AI built into Trainin. With the MCP connection you use your own AI assistant, like Claude or ChatGPT, with your Trainin data.
What's the difference between the API and the MCP server?
The API gives developers programmatic access to Trainin data and functions. The MCP server makes that data available as ready-made tools for AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
