Nikolaas and Frederik, the faces behind this popular concept, started building Rite Studios in 2021. Today, in addition to BIKE & HIIT sessions, they also offer Reformer classes. Choosing the right member management software is a crucial part of their business operations. They conducted extensive research into systems that matched their needs: spot booking, waitlists, flexibility, insight into occupancy rates, and a user-friendly customer experience via their own app. After several demos and an in-depth comparison of functionality, service, and pricing, they chose Trainin. The system proved to be intuitive to use and supported the rapid growth of Rite Studios, with customers having hardly any questions about essential matters such as payments and bookings.
A short switch, a big impact
In 2023, the number of locations grew rapidly, along with the need for more advanced follow-up and reporting. In consultation with Trainin, it became clear that certain specific requirements could not yet be realized within the platform in the short term. As a result, Rite Studios decided to temporarily switch to another system.
However, this transition did not go as planned: customers were confused about how to book classes, payments failed, and there was no direct access to the support team. After three months, Rite Studios decided to return to Trainin.

Back with Trainin — better than ever
The return to Trainin went smoothly. Customers were once again able to book and pay with just one click, with funds being credited directly to the Rite Studios account. Since then, the collaboration has been stronger than ever. Both parties have experienced significant growth, united by shared core values: personal contact, an outstanding experience for athletes, and scalability.
In the meantime, Trainin has introduced new features that make managing multiple locations even more efficient.
“The collaboration has been extremely positive. The Rite Studios team visited our office in Amsterdam, and we visited Antwerp for a BIKE session,” says Tom from Trainin. “We are always open to feedback and happy to think along in solutions, with mutual respect.”

Looking ahead: shared ambitions
Rite Studios is on the verge of launching a complete sports and wellness concept in a chapel in Antwerp. At the same time, Trainin is working on a fully redesigned platform with even more features and improvements. The expectation is that both companies will continue to grow together — and make even more athletes happy.
